Individual, Couples and Family Counseling

Mary Jane is committed to helping individuals and their families cope with substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, bulimia, depression and bipolar disorder as well as difficult life transitions such as divorce and grief. She has a special interest in object relations theory which connects an individual's current difficulties with events experienced in early childhood. Her goal is to help people to tap into their inherent resilience and guide them to new sources of inner strength. She has a master's degree in counseling from California State University Fullerton and has received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy. She has worked in diverse counseling settings and has experience working with children, individuals and couples.
